Consultation Policy – SK Astro World

Welcome to SK Astro World. To ensure a respectful, clear, and enriching experience for every client, the following Consultation Policy sets out how bookings are managed, what you can expect from each session, and the standards that guide our professional conduct. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Booking Process & Confirmation

All astrology consultations with SK Astro World are by prior appointment only. Sessions can be booked through our official website, approved booking platforms, or by contacting us via the communication channels listed on the site.

Your appointment is considered provisionally reserved once you submit a booking request. The booking is confirmed only after payment (where applicable) has been received and you receive a written confirmation email or message with your session date, time, and meeting details.

If you do not receive a confirmation within the indicated time frame, it is your responsibility to contact SK Astro World to verify the status of your booking before the intended session date.

2. Session Preparation

To provide accurate and meaningful guidance, you may be requested to share certain details in advance, such as your full name, date of birth, time of birth (as precise as possible), and place of birth. Any additional questions or areas of focus (e.g., career, relationships, finances, spiritual growth) should ideally be shared ahead of time.

Please ensure that you have:

  • A quiet, private space where you can speak freely without interruption.
  • A stable internet or phone connection, depending on the consultation format.
  • Any relevant notes or questions you wish to discuss during the session.
  • Pen and paper, or a digital device, for note-taking if desired.

Arriving prepared supports a more focused, in-depth, and beneficial consultation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To manage our schedule and respect the time of all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply:

Standard Notice Period: You may cancel or change your consultation package within the 12 hours of booking and making the payment.

Timely Cancellations: If you cancel within the required notice period, you may be offered the choice of a full refund (where eligible) or a credit towards a future consultation booking, as per the refund policy below.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made after 24 hours after booking the consultation package may be subject to a partial refund, reduced refund, or no refund, depending on the nature of the service booked and any preparation already undertaken.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made through the official communication channels mentioned in your confirmation message.

4. Incorrect Information Policy

If the incorrect information is shared and the consultation is not aligned, it is not the responsibility of the astrologer to redot it when the information is revised. Please make sure the ifnormation is shared correctly and accurately in every form upto the seconds if possible.

In the event of incorrect information leading to the consultation that is not aligned:

  • The session fee is typically non-refundable.
  • Another consultation will only be done without a new booking and payment.

5. Refund Eligibility

Astrology consultations involve significant preparation and professional expertise. As such, all fees are generally considered non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Timely cancellations made in accordance with the stated notice period.
  • Unforeseen circumstances on the part of SK Astro World that require cancellation or rescheduling, where a suitable alternative offer cannot be agreed.
  • Duplicate payments or clear billing errors.

In every case, refunds are at the sole discretion of SK Astro World and may be provided as monetary refunds, credits, or alternative services, depending on the situation and payment method.

Please note that dissatisfaction with information or outcomes, disagreement with guidance, or expectations of a specific result do not, in themselves, constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

SK Astro World is committed to respecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and astrological information.

We will not disclose your personal details, birth data, or the content of your consultations to third parties, except where:

  • We have your explicit written consent to share specific information.
  • We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
  • There is a serious and immediate concern for your safety or the safety of others, in which case appropriate support services or authorities may be contacted.

9. Code of Conduct

SK Astro World is dedicated to maintaining a respectful, ethical, and supportive environment for all clients.

During all consultations, both in-person and online, clients are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully and refrain from abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory language or behavior.
  • Approach the consultation with openness and an understanding that astrological insights are interpretive and not absolute guarantees.
  • Recognize that the astrologer does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice and that such matters should be referred to qualified professionals.

SK Astro World reserves the right to refuse the consultation of a session immediately, without refund, if there is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

10. Disclaimer

Astrology is a tool for insight, reflection, and personal growth. While SK Astro World strives to offer accurate, thoughtful, and informed guidance, no outcome can be guaranteed. All decisions and actions you take following a consultation are entirely your responsibility.

By booking and attending a session with SK Astro World, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have appropriate consent), and that you understand and agree to the terms of this Consultation Policy.
